Location: San Bernardino, CA Schedule: Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm (No nights, weekends, holidays, or call) Compensation: $270,000 " $300,000 + up to $30,000 sign-on bonus + robust incentive package The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic physician leader to serve as Clinic Medical Director in a well-established urgent care setting. This role allows you to maintain a strong clinical presence while shaping practice operations, mentoring colleagues, and driving quality outcomes. Youll spend most of your time in direct patient care, with time allocated for leadership responsibilities such as overseeing clinicians, enhancing workflow, ensuring quality, and supporting patient and client satisfaction.
