JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active SC medical license required
• Board: Board Certified in Anesthesiology; cardiac experience required
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer anesthesia for cardiac surgical procedures
• Manage anesthesia services independently for scheduled and emergent cardiac cases
• Provide home call coverage on weekdays
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Epic
• Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams for optimal patient outcomes
