Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help implement and manage strategic marketing initiatives that drive engagement, generate leads, and strengthen brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns from start to finish. Responsibilities: Assist in developing marketing plans and materials tailored to specific campaigns or product launches
Support the coordination and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and on-site activities
Collaborate with the sales and client services team to understand customer feedback and market trends
Manage printed marketing collateral and ensure materials are distributed effectively
Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaign development
Support branding consistency in all physical marketing initiatives and customer-facing materials
Maintain marketing inventory, coordinate orders, and organize event assets
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and project management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be proactive and able to multitask
