We're seeking a hands-on contractor to manage and operate a high-volume, fast-casual food location featuring multiple food brands. As an independent operator, you'll have the autonomy to manage operating hours, staffing, and menus, while benefiting from operational and technical support, marketing, and demand engine.
What You'll Do As An Operator
As an Operator, you'll step into an entrepreneurial role where hustle meets leadership. You'll be trusted to run the business, inspire your team, and drive growth.

  • Run daily operations for a multi-brand, fast-casual restaurant
  • Build, lead, and hire a small, high-performing team
  • Maximize revenue opportunities
  • Adapt and innovate offerings to meet local market trends and customer demand
  • Own the results — you'll have autonomy with flexible support and resources
Contract Compensation Model
This opportunity is about rewarding performance. Those who go above and beyond have the chance to unlock significant upside.
  • Base earnings of $65,000 per year
  • Top operators earn $200,000+ annually by growing sales and leading with inspiration

  • Proven leadership in restaurant or hospitality operations (3+ years)

  • Hands-on experience with the late-night dining scene
  • Active Food Manager Certification
