Superior Court of California, County of Riverside has partnered with Ralph Andersen & Associates for the recruitment of its next Chief Operations Officer . This is an at-will, executive-level position and will serve as the strategic operations advisor to the Court Executive Officer.
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) functions as the highest-level executive over court operations functions and services for the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside. Through subordinate management and supervisory staff, the COO is responsible for providing court wide support services to meet judicial needs in ensuring fair and equal justice. This position will develop internal operational efficiencies, enhanced procedures, and technology solutions while balancing current and future funding and staffing resources.
