Chief Financial Officer (CFO)– Retail Finance Leadership

Haynes Furniture & The Dump Luxe Furniture Outlet, a 4th-generation, multi-state retail organization, is seeking a dynamic finance leader to guide the business through transformation.

As CFO, you will set the course for financial strategy, growth initiatives, and enterprise performance, working closely with senior leadership to shape the company’s future. You will balance continuity with progress, elevating systems and processes.

Ideal Profile

• Demonstrated success leading finance in retail and multi-unit operations, with the ability to align financial strategy to business performance.
• Deep expertise in P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and cash flow management.
• Skilled in systems modernization, process optimization, and controls to strengthen scalability.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership to evaluate investments, drive profitability, and support enterprise transformation.
• Oversight of accounting and controllership, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with regulatory standard
• A dynamic, forward-thinking leader who can build high-performing teams for the future.
