About the Role

We’re looking for a senior-level Solutions Architect who can lead from the front—both technically and strategically—as we grow our Palantir-focused practice. This role requires deep experience with the Palantir ecosystem, from installation and configuration to developing robust solutions on top of the platform. You’ll be the key technical partner on existing Palantir accounts and help shape a scalable practice that delivers high-impact, AI-powered applications.

This is a hands-on, billable role where you’ll start by leading delivery on a core client engagement, then transition into building and mentoring a dedicated team around the Palantir stack.

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Palantir Foundry and Gotham-based solutions
• Architect and build advanced applications using the Palantir platform with an AI/ML lens
• Serve as the primary technical partner on active Palantir accounts, ensuring solution alignment and execution
• Represent the company to Palantir directly, building trust as a credible partner and advisor
• Build, mentor, and grow a team of engineers as the Palantir practice scales
• Drive client success while maintaining a strong billable presence as a senior engineer/architect
• Deep hands-on experience with Palantir stack, including installation, configuration, and custom solution development
• Proven ability to develop scalable AI/ML applications using Palantir tools
• Familiarity with both strategic client engagement and technical project delivery
• Comfortable working in a highly visible client-facing role with ownership over execution and delivery
• Based in the Mid-Atlantic or Northeast U.S. (ideally within a 1-hour flight or 4-hour drive from DC)
