About the Role: As a Clinic Nurse at Senior TLC in Shelby, STLCW, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our senior patient population. Your primary focus will be on providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being throughout their treatment journey. You will collaborate closely with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. This role demands meticulous attention to detail in monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and documenting clinical information accurately. We're offering a $3000 hiring bonus . Minimum Qualifications: Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina. Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a geriatric or outpatient setting. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Experience working with senior or geriatric populations in a clinical environment. Advanced certifications such as Geriatric Nursing Certification. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tailored to working with elderly patients and their families. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, medical histories, and current health status to inform care planning. Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately, adhering to established protocols and guidelines. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns promptly to the healthcare team to ensure timely interventions. Provide patient education and support to seniors and their families regarding health management, medication adherence, and preventive care. Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies. Assist with coordinating patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care to ensure continuity and comprehensive service delivery. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training to enhance clinic operations and patient care standards.
