The Price Center is a dynamic and supportive community that empowers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through our community day programs, community living programs, employer services programs, and more. We provide a nurturing environment where our participants can thrive and achieve their fullest potential. Our Residential Services program operates six homes in Newton and Brookline where our team provides the individuals in these homes with a safe and comfortable environment.

We are currently hiring Full-Time Direct Care Professionals for our Residential Program. You will provide direct care and skill training to individuals in a residential setting to support daily living and social skills. The DCP provides assistance with personal care, medication administration, implementing approved treatment plans, preparing meals, attending recreational activities, exploring the community and general companionship.

$2,500 New Hire Bonus for Full Time MAP certified hires after successful 90-day introductory period. Qualifications: Minimum of high school degree or GED. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Ability to lift and support body weight of any program individual with the assistance of another employee. MUST be at least 21 years of age andHAVE a valid driver's license with a CLEAN driving record and a willingness to use agency vehicle in the course of employment. Must meet Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check requirements Weekend availability MUST have MAP Certification (Medication Administration training)

Shifts(Midafternoon

3:00pm to 11pm & Overnight 11:00pm to 9:00am)
