Gather evidence to support client cases or counter prosecution charges. Prepare clients for depositions and gather supporting information from witnesses and experts. Requirements Interest in Criminal Defense law demonstrated through clinics, volunteer work, or internships. Active bar admission or awaiting admission. Team player with strong collaboration skills.
