Senior Litigation Attorney / Civil Litigation Lawyer Join a dynamic legal team where your litigation expertise directly contributes to shaping California's legal landscape. This fully remote role (California-based) offers the opportunity to manage complex cases and make a tangible impact on the communities we serve. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution. Conducting in-depth legal research, drafting motions, and preparing legal documents. Overseeing discovery processes and ensuring compliance with case deadlines. Collaborating with clients to develop litigation strategies aligned with their objectives. Participating in firm-wide initiatives promoting legal excellence and community engagement. About You Possess 8–10+ years of substantial litigation experience, including managing complex cases. Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience with discovery processes and law and motion practice. Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to client service. Graduated from a reputable law school with a solid academic record.
