CFP Financial Advisor Private Wealth Firm Hybrid | Based in Charlotte, NC or Louisville , KY surrounding growth markets (U.S. candidates only)

Currently, they operate in Charlotte, Asheville, and Greensboro, NC; Louisville, KY; Atlanta, GA; and select parts of Florida - with plans for further expansion underway. They plan to add only two new advisors in 2025, with 1-2 additional openings expected in 2026. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team at the forefront of industry transformation.

About the Role This full-time, hybrid position is based in and around Charlotte, NC or Louisville, KY. Occasional travel is required to client meetings in Asheville and Greensboro, NC; Louisville, KY; Atlanta, GA; and parts of Florida.
You will collaborate with a team of fiduciary advisors, receive paid training, and quickly advance from support duties to lead responsibilities based on your performance.
Who You Are
Licensed (Series 66 & 7) 1-3 years of experience in financial services Passed the CFP exam Personally responsible with money and able to confidently discuss your own financial growth and goals A strong communicator, comfortable both on Zoom and in person Passionate about helping people make smarter, more meaningful financial decisions Aligned with a firm that values health, wellness, integrity, and long-term impact Located in or willing to relocate to Louisville, KY; Charlotte, NC; or one of the existing markets (U.S. candidates only; no international applicants)
What You'll Do
Provide financial planning, retirement modeling, and investment advice Work closely with a mentor advisor and support client relationships Participate in business development and succession planning efforts Continuously improve your skills in tax-aware planning, estate coordination, and client communication Contribute to high-level firm growth strategies and enhance client service standards Compensation & Career Growth Base salary: $75,000 - $95,000 (based on licensing, experience, and credentials) Year 2+ compensation expected to increase significantly as goals are met and responsibilities grow Eligible for performance bonus, sign-on bonus, and profit sharing Training and licensing costs covered Genuine opportunity to earn in the top 10% of U.S. advisors by year five
