ResponsibilitiesProcurement
& Supply Chain
Develop and manage sourcing strategies for assigned categories, balancing cost, quality, and risk considerations. Conduct supplier and market analysis to support informed sourcing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities. Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance evaluations, and supporting contract negotiations. Collaborate with finance and business units to monitor spend, analyze trends, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting. Support cross-functional initiatives related to product development, sustainability, and supply chain resilience. Monitor commodity markets and assist in implementing basic hedging or mitigation strategies. Serve as a key contact for resolving supplier issues and driving continuous improvement in vendor performance. Align procurement activities with internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met. Contribute to supply chain planning for new product introductions, pilot programs, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field or 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain in hospitality, foodservice, or CPG. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to travel up to 20% by air and car.
