Transactional Associate Attorney – Financial Services| Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) A leading southeastern law firm with a national practice is seeking an
experienced Transactional Attorney
to join its
Financial Services practice
in Charlotte. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated financing matters with a collaborative and nationally recognized team. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex financing documents.
Collaborate with lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions on high-value transactions.
Provide strategic legal guidance in support of clients’ financing goals.
Qualifications: 2–7 years of transactional experience, with a focus on syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance.
Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills.
Law degree required.
Eligibility for
North Carolina Bar admission preferred .
