Director of Finance
to join a premier resort and real estate destination in Central Oregon. This role is ideal for a strategic financial leader with a deep understanding of both hospitality and real estate operations. Qualifications 5+ years of high level accounting experience in hospitality, with 2 additional in real estate Experience in a private club environment Proficiency in financial reporting, FP&A, cost control and possessing strong leadership skills High proficiency with accounting software and Excel Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting department and all related activities including month/year end closings, tax reporting, budgeting, audits, etc. Train, mentor and develop staff Ensure compliance and consistency across financial operations Protect company, maintain accounting controls, identify, assess and mitigate risk Compensation & Benefits Salary targeting $165-175K Relocation Assistance Medical, Dental, Vision insurance FSA/HSA Pet insurance Wellness programs Commuter benefits and much, much more At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
