Kitchen Staff – Harpoon Brewery, Windsor, VT (Part-Time & Full-Time Available) Barrel One Collective Job Summary Harpoon Brewery in Windsor, Vermont, is hiring Kitchen Staff to join our team. Whether you're looking to start your career in the food industry or bring prior kitchen experience, we want to hear from you. These are hourly roles with both part-time and full-time schedules available. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and slicing ingredients
Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, grills, and ovens
Prepare and plate food according to company recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing work areas
Support inventory and supply ordering as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment
Qualifications Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful but not required – we provide training
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Comfort standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds
Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
