What You’ll Do Greet and serve residents in the dining room with warmth and professionalism. Take and deliver meal orders accurately, ensuring food is served promptly and to resident specifications. Provide assistance with menu selections while honoring dietary needs and personal preferences. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room environment. Work closely with kitchen staff, dietary aides, and caregivers to ensure smooth mealtime operations. Support a respectful, inclusive, and team-centered workplace culture. What You Bring Customer service or food service experience preferred—but not required. Clear, friendly communication and a team-player attitude. Ability to manage multiple tables and responsibilities with a calm, upbeat approach. Understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a food service environment.
