What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, perform, and manage analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures
- Create and maintain financial reports to communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Collaborate with the business to recommend strategies and processes for improving profitability and cost efficiencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of financial and operational management experience
- Proven experience driving business performance in a high-growth environment
- Experience in anticipating accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational issues
- Ability to assess implications and develop appropriate action plans
