a Lead Teacher – Classroom Support
to join our vibrant Early Education Program at the Soule Early Childhood Center, a beautiful facility featuring spacious indoor and outdoor play areas designed to inspire young learners. We are looking for a dedicated educator to support toddler and preschool classrooms (ages 12 months to 5 years) by providing coverage, maintaining ratios, and assisting with curriculum delivery. What You’ll Do Provide classroom coverage across toddler and preschool rooms for staff absences, breaks, and ratio support Follow curriculum guidance from Lead Teachers and adapt to the specific needs of each age group Serve as designated Lead Teacher when assigned, including implementing curriculum, ensuring child safety, and supporting classroom management Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Support transitions, peer relationships, and positive guidance strategies Observe child development and contribute to classroom assessments and parent communication Collaborate with teaching teams and attend staff meetings and professional development Assist with classroom setup, cleanup, and curriculum materials Qualifications EEC Lead Teacher certification required Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Early Childhood Educator or equivalent combination of education and experience (Associate’s degree or higher preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills CPR and First Aid certification required Valid MA driver's license (Class D) preferred Passion for child development, play-based learning, and supporting families Apply Now : If you’re ready to take on a key role in supporting our Early Learning program, please apply today with your resume and letter of interest.
