What You’ll Do: Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome addiction and reclaim their lives? Join our dedicated team as a

Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor

and make a meaningful difference every day. Empower Recovery:

Partner with Persons Served and Integrated Care Teams to develop

personalized treatment plans , fostering symptom stability, skill-building, and self-management. Lead with Best Practices:

Implement

evidence-based interventions

(SBIRT, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction) to assess and address substance use at every stage of change. Crisis & Risk Management:

Intervene in emergencies, develop

safety plans , and train staff to respond effectively to high-risk situations. Advocate for Wellness:

Promote

whole-person health —addressing both physical and emotional needs—while encouraging active participation in treatment decisions. Mentor & Collaborate:

Provide

clinical supervision

to direct care staff and coordinate with medical/behavioral health providers to ensure seamless care. Drive Quality & Compliance:

Uphold

highest standards

in documentation, licensing, and safety protocols while meeting agency and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring: Licensed Professional:

Active

LADC I

with experience in

mental health and addiction treatment . Compassionate Advocate:

Skilled in trauma-informed,

person-centered care

with a focus on dignity and autonomy. Crisis-Ready:

Calm under pressure, with strong clinical judgment to de-escalate emergencies. Collaborative Leader:

Ability to mentor staff, engage teams, and build trust with Persons Served. Organized & Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in

electronic health records , clear documentation, and time-sensitive reporting. Lived Experience Valued:

Fluency in languages spoken in Southeastern MA or personal recovery journey is a plus.

40hrs: Hybrid work, M-F flexible hours

40
