Job Description Salary: Title Insurance Sales Representative for Beeline Title
We are seeking to hire a motivated individual to join Beeline, a recognized leader in the title insurance and settlement services industry. Beeline specializes in delivering technology-driven settlement solutions to lenders, agents, and real estate organizations. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other key referral sources Promote the companys title and escrow services through networking, cold calling, and industry events Conduct presentations, attend industry meetings, and represent the brand in a professional manner Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes General Requirements 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in title insurance, mortgage, real estate, or related fields Strong network in the real estate or financial services industry preferred Candidates with an established book of business are strongly preferred and will be highly considered. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, & Google Workspace Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision insurance Life & disability insurance 10 days of personal/sick time per year - available upon starting 3 weeks of vacation time per year accrued per pay period 401(k)
