As an Aesthetics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals achieve their aesthetic aspirations. This involves promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of nonsurgical and surgical cosmetic treatments. You will consult with patients, review concerns, obtain payments, schedule appointments, coordinate doctor communications and establish an ongoing relationship with our patients who travel from around the world for our services. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving, multi-tasking, proven success in sales and expertise in patient relationship nurturing. You must be poised, professional, creative, eager to succeed, passionate and charismatic. Background in aesthetics is a strong plus. Responsibilities: Patient Care Coordination Actively assist patients throughout the process from the time they enter the practice to consultation, photography, decision making, follow up and obtain reviews of their experience Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify ways to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals Establish strong relationships and communications with patients via phone, email and texting Greet and check in patients upon arrival Schedule and confirm appointments for patients Create quotes for patients, discuss the quotes, complete transactions Answer inquiries and follow up with current patients Help create before and after pictures and videos to post to Instagram, Facebook and RealSelf Outreach to in-house surgical patients to ensure high aesthetic conversion rates Provide an exceptional experience for every prospect and patient, demonstrating a commitment to excellence Provide regular status updates on leads and opportunities to ensure timely responses and report on lead quality for marketing optimization Customer Service and Practice Support Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage inquiries and follow up with current patients Support the office manager with other practice management tasks as needed Maintain an organized, full schedule for the doctor Work with the team to create and meet quarterly and yearly goals Keep track of inventory and products used Assist patients with seeking reimbursement through their insurance for procedures like electrolysis and mole removals Keep office tidy - scan, upload and shred documents and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment Qualifications: Required:
Education: high school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of demonstrated success in a fast-paced, consultative plastic surgery or aesthetic sales environment Prior experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or a Medical Spa Proficient in using office software and electronic medical record systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with patients and team members Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred:
4+ years of experience in plastic surgery or medspa industry Experience working in an aesthetics or medical support role Strong knowledge of aesthetics terminology and procedures Experienced in managing accounts with an online CRM (Zoho, Hubspot, etc.) Knowledge of Nextech and other practice management systems
