Overview: We're seeking a seasoned
Senior Test Engineer
with a strong background in automotive quality engineering to lead the evaluation, auditing, and continuous improvement of our production processes. This role ensures adherence to industry standards and customer requirements through expert application of quality systems and data-driven analysis. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control processes for automotive components Analyze production data and conduct SPC to drive process improvements Manage QMS operations and lead internal/external audits Interpret engineering drawings (GD&T) and review design documentation for quality compliance Collaborate with vendors and customers to resolve quality issues and corrective actions Support manufacturing with PFMEA, Control Plans, and APQP documentation Qualifications: Expertise in ISO-9001 / IATF-16949 standards, PPAP, and statistical tools (CP, CPK) Proficient in MS Office, QA software, SolidWorks & AutoCAD Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Willingness to travel and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
