Account Executive, Live Event Production (Hybrid) Stagedge is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Account Executive with proven knowledge and experience in selling innovative and creative event solutions in the Live Event Industry. The Account Executive is responsible for growing business through acquiring new clients, pursuing leads received through our marketing initiatives as well as through maintaining any existing client assignments and seeking growth opportunities with them. Proven success in approaching, engaging with, presenting, and negotiating with C-level executives and decision makers. Skilled at listening and asking the right questions, capturing detailed requirements from the client to fully understand needs, identifying opportunities to suggest broader solutions and have ability to translate to the client and internally for execution. The successful candidate is a proactive self-starter who is energetic and exhibits a strong executive presence, able to educate and influence others on the value of a high-quality production. A Stakeholder on project teams as the main client relationship contact throughout the engagement. Must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to capture the details necessary for the development of a SOW and quote for client presentation. Attention to detail as well as project management and budget management experience. Excellent research skills and interest to stay current and keep up with competition and industry trends. Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM software is strongly preferred. Travel is required.
