Join Our Clinical Team: Seeking a Full-Time/Part-Time General Dentist
Are you an experienced general dentist dedicated to delivering high-quality, comprehensive clinical care? Do you love treating adults and children? Our modern family dental practice in Virginia is looking for a skilled practitioner who thrives on hands-on patient care and clinical excellence.
Clinical Responsibilities
Comprehensive Examinations: Conduct detailed dental exams, interpret diagnostic imaging, and accurately diagnose a wide range of oral conditions. Treatment Planning & Execution: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include preventive, restorative, and minor surgical procedures. Restorative Procedures: Perform routine restorative work such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canal treatments with precision. Emergency Care: Provide prompt and effective treatment for dental emergencies, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and preventive strategies to promote long-term dental health. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with specialists including pediatric, orthodontic, endodontic, and oral surgery teams to deliver coordinated care.
What We Require
Professional Credentials: Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Virginia with current malpractice insurance. Clinical Expertise: Proven experience in a general dentistry setting with strong diagnostic and restorative skills. Commitment to Quality: A passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to maintaining high clinical standards. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and mentor clinical staff.
