Our System Administrator plays a critical role, providing reactive technical support in escalation scenarios, as well as proactive client requests and project support. The role involves process improvement to ensure a consistent client experience. Candidates must communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at technical and non-technical levels, both remotely and onsite. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, innovative, organized, flexible, and committed to high standards. Building and maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating urgency, and managing expectations are essential to success in this role. Qualifications:

High school diploma required; higher degrees and certifications preferred. Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, O365 are highly desired. Work Experience:

IT Experience: 4 years required; 5 years preferred. MSP Experience: 2 years preferred. Additional Skills and Responsibilities:

Ownership of assigned tasks. Coordinate services via phone and email using our PSA system. Adaptability and quick learning ability. Relationship development with clients and internal staff. Follow established processes and suggest improvements. Strong time management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High-level knowledge of Microsoft Server and PC products, including: Windows Server Azure/O365 (heavily preferred) SharePoint Active Directory Advanced O365 administration Virtualization experience with VMware and Hyper-V. Experience installing and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, switches (Watchguard, Sonicwall, Fortigate, Ubiquiti, HP, Cisco). Networking principles knowledge and documentation skills. Hardware, networking, and OS troubleshooting skills.
