Assistant General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant – Savannah, GA
Base Salary: $70,000 – $78,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits A high-volume, full-service restaurant in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join its leadership team. This is a hands-on role in a scratch kitchen environment where hospitality, teamwork, and community are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a strong operator who can lead daily restaurant operations, build strong teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, welcoming setting in Savannah, GA. What You’ll Do: Oversee front- and back-of-house operations alongside the General Manager
Train, develop, and motivate team members to ensure excellence in service and execution
Manage labor, inventory, and other key performance metrics
Foster a positive culture that reflects the values of the Savannah, GA community
Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, made-from-scratch food and warm hospitality
What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably as an AGM or similar role
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and retain great teams
Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational systems
A hands-on, guest-first mindset with a commitment to hospitality excellence
Must be located in or willing to relocate to Savannah, GA
