ABOUT THE POSITION

This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through the accurate preparation, handling, and storage of plastic sheet materials and related products. The role includes pulling and cutting materials to order specifications, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate counts, and ensuring products are secured safely for delivery. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse environment.

JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE:

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all warehouse materials are processed, prepared, and shipped accurately and on time to meet customer and production requirements. This includes loading and unloading trucks, building pallets, maintaining proper documentation, and upholding housekeeping and safety standards. By performing these duties, the incumbent contributes directly to the efficiency of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares orders by processing requests for pick tickets and supply orders, pulling materials, and packing boxes, pallets, and crates. Pulling materials - plastic sheets up to 6' wide x 39' long. Loading/unloading full truckloads of plastic sheets using the conveyor belt system. Cutting plastic sheet material to specified lengths and widths using a cut table. Properly securing material on pallets/crates using shrink wrap, corner protectors, and poly and steel banding. Building pallets from raw materials Participate in inventory count. Maintain good housekeeping practices. Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager. QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to stand for a long period of time. Must be able to work in a hot or cold Environment. Must be able to do basic math skills, including addition and subtraction. Must be able to use a tape measure with accuracy Experience with reading Bill of Lading. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment with all levels of employees. Ability to learn and identify products by size, type, style, color, or product code. Ability to operate an LP sit-down fork truck with 6-8' forks. Experience using hand and power tools: Employing tools like nail guns, saws, hammers, and drills to assemble. AVAILABLE BENEFITS:
