We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while effectively addressing inquiries and resolving issues. You will contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism and care
Job: On site Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $950- $1150 per week
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback and input on processes to enhance the customer service experience. Educate customers about promotions, products, and services to facilitate sales. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or service environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle challenging situations and manage customer complaints effectively. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. Benefits
