We are seeking an
Industrial Electrical Foreman (Working Foreman)
to lead crews in installing, modifying, and repairing
plant power systems and controls . This is a
hands-on leadership role
requiring strong technical skills, safety awareness, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities Supervise and work alongside crews on
industrial electrical installations . Perform and oversee work on
medium-voltage systems (115 kV) . Install and maintain
switchgear, MCCs, rigid conduit, cable trays, and terminations . Interpret
blueprints and schematics
to ensure accuracy and compliance. Enforce safety standards and maintain productivity on job sites. Must-Have Qualifications 2+ years of industrial electrical experience
(residential or commercial does not qualify). Proven experience with
medium-voltage systems (115 kV) . Strong knowledge of
switchgear, MCCs, conduit, cable tray, and terminations . Ability to read and apply
blueprints and schematics . Experience
leading crews in industrial environments . Valid driver's license (must pass MVR check). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with
PLCs, VFDs, and electrical testing
(megger, IR, hi-pot). OSHA-30, NCCER certification, or state electrical license . Why Join Our Team? We are a
