Compensation Pay Range:$26.46-$37.80/Hrs
Description Responsible for day-to-day operations of the technology platform. Engage in Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, and Operational Readiness. Handle Capacity/Availability Management, Application Monitoring, and Service Analytics. Identify production failure scenarios and create incident tickets. Enhance administrative, operational, and technical policies and procedures. Perform troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution using advanced query skills. Consult with end users to determine optimal configuration of equipment and applications.
Key Responsibilities Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement. Maintain metrics to drive improvement in Production Services. Take ownership of escalations and perform troubleshooting. Resolve complex issues and provide leadership and strategic direction. Serve as an escalation point for unresolved problems and service requests. Provide technology products and service alternatives to improve production services.
Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in developing or supporting distributed/web applications. 3 to 5 years of experience with Java and web technologies. Knowledge of Linux/Unix OS and commands. Experience with databases and query languages. Ability to analyze complex data dumps.
