Position Overview: You will be directly involved with Maintenance Members. Parts identification Create BOM (Bill of Materials) for maintenance and freight shipments Monitor slow-moving or obsolete parts with recommended improvements. Working with MRO for editing parts information in SAP Creating new part additions for inventory and setting up in SAP. Notify MRO with changes needed to be made to stock parts (material descriptions, vendor part numbers) Ability to load and unload freight with a forklift Maintain 5S in parts room; cleanliness, organization, and labels (parts and bins) Monitor Invoices and work with accounts payable as needed Creating purchase requisitions for parts orders and repair requests Maintain packing list for record keeping. Assist MRO Buyer with watching open purchase orders, missing invoices, and other misc. issues. Work with Accounting on issues with missing packing lists or invoices. Run required reports weekly. Work with vendors to get Return information or RMA for parts being returned Keep stock of radio's mics for the plant Work with planner on equipment manuals Back up Maintenance planner when needed, scheduling M1 and M3 as needed. Support planner in creating and maintaining equipment BOM in SAP Maintaining a clean and well-organized parts room and other parts storage locations Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience: 2 or more 2 years computer experience required Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills required 2 years computer skills required Working knowledge of SAP preferred. Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook beneficial Other Requirements: Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner Always comply with GMP and safety rules Good Communication Decision making Prioritizing Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
