Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing advice, information, and solutions. The position aims to maintain high-quality service standards and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring quality of scheduling for appointments and procedures. On average you are taking 45-70 inbound calls while making 80 outbound per day. Key Responsibilities

Answer or make calls to customers regarding their account efficiently and professionally. Accurately document all calls using the appropriate computer systems. Follow up on unresolved queries and complete any call-back requests promptly. Maintain and develop strong knowledge of procedures and updates related to the campaign. Work towards achievable targets within a team-oriented environment. Adhere to quality scripts and maintain high-quality scores. Represent the organization positively and professionally at all times. Attend monthly performance discussions and departmental meetings as requested. Comply with all security requirements under HIPAA/PHI and stated policies. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Skills

Knowledge of performance expectations in a contact center environment. Medical scheduling and patient registration knowledge. Understanding of patient privacy requirements for PHI. Basic knowledge of customer service best practices. Ability to engage employees in a contact center environment. Proficiency in personal computer and electronic medical record software usage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual, English, and Spanish preferred. Must pass the Health Care Language Proficiency or Interpreter Assessment if communicating in languages other than English. Benefits
