Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Role (3 Days Onsite/2 Days WFH)
Description:
We are seeking a visionary and technically adept GenAI Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reusable architecture patterns for GenAI solutions across the enterprise. This role will be instrumental in shaping our GenAI strategy, defining architectural standards, and building a reusability framework that accelerates innovation while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Architecture Strategy & Patterns
Define and maintain enterprise-wide architecture patterns for GenAI applications, including agentic systems, LLM orchestration, and prompt engineering. Develop reference architectures for common GenAI use cases (e.g., document summarization, virtual assistants, anomaly detection). Evaluate and integrate architectural models such as DSFT, RAG, RAFT, and GraphRAG 3. Reusability Framework
Design and implement a modular framework for reusable GenAI components (e.g., prompt libraries, agent templates, metadata models). Establish governance for component versioning, ownership, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with engineering teams to embed reusable assets into CI/CD pipelines. Governance & Standards
Define and enforce architectural standards, including data sourcing, retention, and provisioning strategies for GenAI agents 2. Partner with risk, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to ensure adherence to enterprise controls and AI governance policies. Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to align GenAI architecture with strategic goals. Lead architecture reviews, JAD-lite sessions, and workshops to socialize patterns and gather feedback 6. Mentor solution architects and engineers on GenAI best practices and tooling. Innovation & Prototyping
Pilot and prototype synthetic worker setups and agentic workflows 1. Stay current with GenAI trends and evaluate emerging tools and platforms for enterprise fit.
