We're seeking an accomplished
Technical Program Manager (TPM)
to lead strategic initiatives and drive excellence in decentralized finance innovation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and deployment
of Chaos Oracles, ensuring robust and reliable data feeds that meet industry standards. Collaborate with engineering, product, and external partners
to define project scope and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Drive cross-functional team efforts , managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to achieve project milestones. Implement quality assurance measures
to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data provided by Chaos Oracles. Identify and manage risks , developing contingency plans to address challenges in project execution. Continuously evaluate and enhance processes , contributing to the refinement and evolution of our Chaos Oracles service. Facilitate team meetings and cross-departmental discussions
to ensure continuous alignment and collaboration. Requirements
5+ years of experience in
technical program management, project management , or a similar role in the technology sector. Solid understanding of
blockchain technologies
and experience in the
DeFi
space. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects. Strong ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a focus on team dynamics and collaboration. Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with
Ethereum and Solana
ecosystems and their associated technical stacks. Experience with
performance optimization
and
data integrity assurance . Previous experience working with
decentralized finance projects
and a demonstrable passion for blockchain technology. Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and building strong, collaborative relationships. Based in United States with the ability to work remotely or from our Brooklyn office in NYC. Compensation & Package
