How you’ll CREATE
- Analyze airplay, streaming and other data and metrics.
- Prepare daily reports for the department.
- Compile assets to create artist event recaps.
- Prepare and execute artist radio station visits (interviews, performances, etc.).
- Compile liners and other artist content requests.
- Cover on-site touring initiatives (meet & greets, etc.)
- Cover radio events.
- Manage/distribute concert and event tickets/guestlists.
Bring your VIBE
- Experience: 2+ years administrative assistant experience at a record label, talent agency, management company or similar business.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Detail oriented mindset.
- Proactive and solution focused.
- Must be flexible, able to multi-task, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Travel required.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
