Ready to revolutionize education? We've cracked the code in Austin with a groundbreaking school model where traditional academics meet the digital age - think eSports strategy and Minecraft civics delivering stellar results that have parents knocking down our doors.
We're seeking a visionary leader to transform our successful flagship campus into a scalable phenomenon. Your canvas? A blank slate to architect an educational revolution that combines concentrated academics with innovative digital experiences. Our pilot program is already outperforming traditional schools, and we're primed for nationwide expansion.
If you're a proven scale-up virtuoso who's generated $1M+ in annual revenue and burns to reshape education, this is your moment. Join us in building an educational future that families are eager to embrace.
What You Will Be Doing
Your mission is to engineer our success formula for national scale:

  • Architect our secret sauce into a systematic playbook - from curriculum blueprints to tech infrastructure, all measured against concrete success indicators
  • Craft the cultural DNA that ensures excellence across all campuses while celebrating local identity
  • Spearhead market expansion through data-driven pilot programs, optimizing for growth and learning outcomes
  • Champion our vision through compelling storytelling - from electrifying demo days to persuasive investor presentations
  • Pioneer AI integration for enhanced marketing, assessment automation, and scalable insights generation
What You Won’t Be Doing
Let's be clear about what this role isn't:
  • Managing a standalone campus - we're building an empire, not an outpost
  • Micromanaging daily academics or tweaking existing curriculum
  • Perpetuating conventional educational paradigms
  • Half-heartedly executing someone else's vision - you need to be all in
  • Thinking small or staying local - we're going national
Program Director Key Responsibilities
Your core mission: Design, validate, and proliferate a revolutionary multi-campus educational model that consistently delivers exceptional student outcomes, drives explosive enrollment growth, and creates unprecedented parent demand across the nation.
Basic Requirements
  • Proven entrepreneurial track record with $1M+ revenue ownership and authentic connection to our student community
  • Demonstrated ability to transform innovative concepts into thriving businesses, backed by compelling public advocacy
  • Expert knowledge of next-gen learning approaches including eSports, gamification, and virtual education
  • Natural communicator who shines in public speaking, video content, and long-form storytelling
  • Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools for business optimization
  • Results-oriented strategist with a passion for data-driven system building and rapid iteration
  • US-based with flexibility for monthly Austin visits (approximately one week per month)
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
