The Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations is responsible for overseeing the supply chain and daily operations of the company to ensure efficient and effective business processes, strategies, and systems. This role involves managing operational and supply chain teams, implementing best practices, optimizing resources, and ensuring that the company’s strategic objectives and operational goals are met. This role will collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and enhance operational performance while maintaining high standards of quality from our manufacturing and shipping to our retail partners.
This is not a remote or hybrid role. Please note that the person in this role will be required to work in-office at our Fort Worth, TX (Alliance) location 5-days per week.

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company’s strategic plans, supply chain initiatives and operational goals. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and lead initiatives to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee global supply chain, strengthening supplier network and ensuring fulfilment to retailer and distributor customers. Manage procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Continuously improving supply chain performance metrics, such as cycle time, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery. Initiative Cost Improvement Programs, partnering with vendors to improve gross margins.
  • Operational Management: Lead day-to-day operations across multiple warehouses, including receiving, storage, shipping, and customer service. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track operational effectiveness and performance.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain and operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and create professional development plans to enhance team capabilities. Build and develop leadership teams using a supportive and collaborative approach; championing employee development to drive continuous improvement at all levels.
  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Manage and optimize supply chain and operations budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving KPI’s. Work closely with the finance team to forecast and report on departmental budget items (COGS, etc.) and performance metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational functions to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance service delivery. Implement new technologies, tools, and systems that improve operational performance and scalability.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure operational compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and company policies. Proactively identify risks and challenges in operations and develop strategies to mitigate potential impacts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment between operational and business objectives. Support the development of scalable solutions to meet customer needs and business growth.
