Picciurro Law is a dynamic and growing boutique firm headquartered in San Diego, CA. We provide strategic legal counsel to cruise lines and maritime clients, and we’re looking for a skilledMaritime Defense Attorneyto join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Represent maritime clients in civil litigation and regulatory matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
• Manage all phases of litigation, including depositions, mediation, and trial
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and attorneys to develop case strategies
• Stay current on maritime law and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed in California (Florida license preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 5 years of maritime law experience, preferably in defense litigation
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
