Shift: 06:45 AM - 05:15 PM Schedule: 40 hours (four 10-hour shifts) Call Shift: One 5-7 PM call shift per week

Essential Requirements for Onboarding: - Completed License/Certificate Verification - Health and Safety Compliance: - Successful completion of Personal Health History assessments including: - Fit Test - Trinity Color Vision - COVID-19 Vaccination - MMR - Hepatitis B - Varicella - 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Physical/Health Statement - Professional Documentation: - Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form - Trinity Criminal Background Check - Trinity Education Verification - Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form - Trinity Skills Checklist - Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training - Trinity System Access Form - Compliance with Trinity Code of Conduct and Patient Information Security Agreements
Qualifications: - Valid health professional license/certification as required by the position - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Guaranteed Hours and Contract Duration: - This is a full-time position with a commitment of 90 contract weeks.
