You will resolve access issues and manage security requests, incidents, and changes across an array of applications including SAP ECC, SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC, CAR/PMR, Solution Manager, BI, BOBJ, and PO. Minimum of 8 years of professional SAP security experience in a large enterprise environment, including at least one full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation. Hands-on experience supporting security for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, CAR/PMR, Solution Manager, BI, BOBJ, Fiori, and GRC solutions. Experience with maintaining SOX and PCI compliance. Familiar with Central User Administration (CUA) for user access provisioning. Experienced in internal and external SAP audits, including license audits. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA database security. Strong project experience in requirement gathering, designing roles, and coordinating testing with technical and business users. Proficient in developing SOPs, training materials, and providing ongoing support. Staying current with industry trends and innovations related to SAP. Providing third-level production support and identifying root cause issues. Adept at handling advanced, complex technical projects requiring specialized knowledge. Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. Strong troubleshooting abilities, including log analysis and tracing. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to interact effectively with partners. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Experience with SAP Retail, Purchase Order (PO), Callidus, and Vendor Portal is a plus. S/4HANA and SAP BTP certification is a plus. Understanding of Identity Management Solutions in relation to SAP Security is a plus. This hybrid position requires in-office attendance Tuesday through Thursday at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In compliance with Pay Transparency requirements, the compensation for this role begins at an estimated $98,000.
