$104,080 - $156,120 Position Overview: M.C. Dean seeks a

Cyber Security Specialist 3

for the CIM Business Unit. The role involves travel to CONUS and OCONUS government and commercial facilities to support DoD RMF processes. Responsibilities: Conduct ICS/SCADA system inventories following guidance including U.S. Army ICS Inventory Methodology and UFC 4-010-06. Assist in developing and verifying documentation for DoD RMF assessment and authorization. Implement DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) on IT and OT systems. Conduct vulnerability scans and document system vulnerabilities. Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers and RMF analysts in a team environment. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with a Master's Degree in IT, Risk Management, or Cybersecurity. 5+ years with a Bachelor's Degree. 8+ years with an Associate's Degree. 11+ years with a High School Diploma. Proficiency in application software such as Word, Excel, and databases. Must hold TSC/SCI w poly clearance. Meet DoD Directive 8570.01 requirements for IAM Level 2, IAT Level 2, or IASAE Level 2. Training in network infrastructure (Cisco), Microsoft Windows. Experience with government and commercial cybersecurity projects involving industrial control systems. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years designing ICS platforms and integrated systems with industry and government. DoD 8570.01 Level 3 certifications preferred. Familiarity with industry ICS products and security assessment tools. Knowledge of DoD RMF lifecycle and NIST 800-53 controls. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Technical skills in HMI, control networks, SCADA systems, and protocols. Certifications like CISSP, CEH, CSSA are advantageous. Abilities: Extended computer use, sitting, reaching, finger dexterity. Effective listening, speaking, reading, and problem-solving skills.
