Platform Developer Storage & System Hardware , youll play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and supporting the next generation of

Build and maintain tools to supervise and support sophisticated storage systems like
PFS, ZFS, and XFS . Solve and resolve performance, reliability, and configuration issues in large-scale environments. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to optimize system integration and efficiency. Deploy and customize both in-house and commercial storage solutions (e.g.,
Lustre ). Participate in system bring-up, validation, and performance tuning of
hardware-aware software stacks . Chip in to automation frameworks and internal documentation for diagnostics and reporting. Qualifications:
Strong programming skills in
C/C++ , with scripting experience in
Python or Bash . Deep understanding of
Linux systems programming
and
kernel-level debugging . Hands-on experience with
file systems
like PFS, ZFS, and XFS. Familiarity with
monitoring tools
(e.g., Prometheus exporters) and
benchmarking utilities
(e.g., fio, dd). A genuine curiosity about
computer hardware memory hierarchies, NVMe, compression cards, and more. Bonus Points For:
Experience with
distributed computing environments
and
HPC clusters . Knowledge of
containerization
(Docker, Singularity) and
cloud-based storage architectures . Familiarity with
parallel programming
