NEW flexible work schedule packages
for optometrists, allowing ODs to choose the work schedule that suits them best. Examples include weekend flexibility and days off options. Additionally, our practice has new office hours several days per week, providing optometrists with more evenings off.
On select Saturdays, we pay a base rate of one thousand dollars per day! We offer competitive benefits that demonstrate our appreciation for optometrists, ensuring the financial, health, and well-being needs of our doctors are met. Financial Benefits

Primary care involves more than prescribing contacts and eyeglasses. Our optometrists frequently manage anterior and posterior segment pathology, including but not limited to: Treating corneal ulcers and uveitis Red eye Diagnosing diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma Removal of foreign bodies Diagnosing macular disease, retinal holes, and detachments Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry Degree (OD) from an accredited school of optometry. State licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state (new graduates accepted). Additional Information
