- Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Release teams in support of projects to scale cloud infrastructure and ensure maximum availability of public-facing services including specifications, scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.- Gather requirements and define qualification plans for new infrastructure build-outs and services.- Facilitate technical discussions to work through potential blockers, risk factors, and key design decisions throughout the process. Work with Engineering teams to translate feature statements to infrastructure impact.- Own and execute roadmaps for runtime environments on cloud infrastructure. Keep teams focused on the right priorities to meet aggressive deadlines, driving internal and external teams to meet aggressive timelines.- Provide timely updates for all project milestones; both org-level updates and exec-level status.- Build relationships across the organization and facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups. Act as the main point of contact for internal Apple teams and external partners / stakeholders.- Work across all AI/ML teams to promote a culture of better operational planning and guidelines during feature development and deployment. Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of Product and/or Program management with experience covering as many of the following as possible: search engine infrastructure, internet services, distributed computing, a large-scale & international user base, a product with external dependencies (e.g. partner data feeds), and responsibility for rapid-response actions. Strong technical experience with cloud infrastructure, large scale systems, Linux/server operating systems running on containers, big data, and networking. Bonus points for past Engineering experience. Career examples of hands-on involvement in delivering operational frameworks, tools, and processes that improved the customer experience. Self-motivated, independent, and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities; can quickly (realtime) triage, prioritize, and lead cross-functional teams under pressure. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization. High operational precision and attention to detail. Innate drive to improve how things work, with proven track record of driving dramatic improvements for team quality, performance, agility, or effectiveness. BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or similar field Preferred Qualifications

BS/MS EE/CS/CE or equivalent At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
