Client Details Address1301 15th Avenue West CityWilliston StateND Zip Code58801 Unit Details Unit DescriptionExplains procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and obtain patient cooperation.Positions equipment and sets technical factors to obtain optimal studies.Practices radiation protection and follows ALARA principles.Performs portable radiographic exams as requested.Under the direction of Radiologist or attending physician prepares and/or administers oral and IV contrast material.Provides assistance to the Radiologist during fluoroscopy examinations, and invasive procedures such as angiography, biopsies, and localizing procedures.Utilizes teleradiology equipment as needed.Utilizes hospital information system and radiology information system as required for charges and proper patient status.Performs CT studies to produce images of high quality and shows ability to operate CT Scanner independently.
