Job Overview: Intech Anchoring Systems is the leading geostructural material supplier in the Midwest. The product manager has the responsibility to oversee the development and maintenance of various products offered to the market by Intech.

Responsibilities: Research competing products to confirm Intech continues to provide the best value to the market. Research and monitor Intech’s competition to monitor industry trends and potential opportunities for new products. Update product specifications documents and product drawings Analyze overall profitability of individual product lines as well as marketability to Intech’s customer base Provide product training and answer questions from both internal and external customers Lead quality control process by establishing guidelines for testing and acceptance procedures Continuously evaluate Intech products for market relevancy Engage with engineering and sales to coordinate any necessary product improvements Define, monitor, and evaluate product related KPIs that improve overall company performance Other responsibilities as needed to support the overall operations of the business

Minimum Qualifications: Strong analytical skills including familiarity with moderate to advanced Excel functions Experience with AutoCad or other drafting software helpful Mechanical or structural engineering background preferred Must be able to make high level decisions that support the overall organizational efforts History of setting and achieving goals in prior roles Openness to listen to feedback and develop a strategic plan to address issues. Ability to engage all levels of internal and external customers in a professional manner. Positive attitude, coachability, and strong work ethic are key character traits. Please Note:
