About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled PRN Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities. Your main goal will be to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and regain their independence. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's needs. Your role will be critical in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy Valid state license to practice Physical Therapy Experience in Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Manual Therapy, and Sports Medicine Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Geriatric Rehabilitation Certification in a specialized area of Physical Therapy Responsibilities: Conducting patient evaluations to determine their physical abilities and limitations Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Monitoring and documenting patient progress Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Educating patients and their families on injury prevention and management Skills: As a Physical Therapist, you will use your expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Manual Therapy, Orthopedics, Sports Injuries, Sports Medicine, and Geriatric Rehabilitation to provide high-quality care to our patients. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's needs. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be critical in educating patients and their families on injury prevention and management. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
