The Company is seeking a VP, Enterprise Risk Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Enterprise Risk Management team, with a focus on Enterprise and Operational risk. This role involves the execution and maturation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework, including the identification, mitigation, documentation, and monitoring of key risks and controls. The VP, Enterprise Risk Senior Analyst will also be involved in routine risk assessments and will assist in various risk management functions such as business continuity, third-party/vendor management, issues management, RCSA, business change risk assessments, model risk management, and risk management reporting. The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 7 years of experience in audit, finance, operations, or risk management, and a strong understanding of federal and state banking regulations.
