About the Role

The Company is seeking a hands-on Test Automation Lead with a proven track record in delivering scalable test automation for large, client-facing transformation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a modular, reusable test automation framework, with a focus on integrating API, UI, data, and workflow automation to validate complex cross-application processes. This role requires strong experience in automation strategy, a deep understanding of modern test tooling and frameworks, and the ability to operate across cloud-native and on-prem environments. The Test Automation Lead will also be involved in leading the planning, execution, and reporting of automated test activities, as well as defining and promoting standards, tools, and best practices for test automation.

Applicants for the Test Automation Lead position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred, and 5-10 years' experience leading test automation or project teams. A background in financial and/or technology transformation, with 10-15 years' experience, is also required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with UiPath Test Suite, including RPA and GenAI use cases in testing, and a strong grounding in software engineering for tests. Experience in Agile delivery, and tooling, and a working knowledge of portfolio management/trading workflows and risk/control frameworks are valuable. The role demands strong communication, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to mentor and foster the growth of automation engineers and functional testers.
